Very exciting news – FPU courses beginning soon!
Posted by Gabe Graumann on November 28, 2007
For those looking to make SERIOUS headway in your personal finances listen up. Starting in February I will be leading two FPU (Financial Peace University) courses at The Rock Church in Monroe, WA. In case you are unfamiliar with FPU, it is a 13-week personal finances course designed to educate, motivate, and help transform your financial life. I’ve seen and been part of numerous financial courses and curriculum, but none compare to FPU. The information is easy to grasp, completely relevant, honest, educating, and best of all IT WORKS! Following the link above will let you take a look at video clips and the material that is used in the course. Here are a few of the topics that will be covered:
Cash Flow Planning
Relating With Money
Dumping Debt
Understanding Investments
Understanding Insurance
Retirement & College Planning
Real Estate & Mortgages
Career & Extra Jobs
Collection Practices & Credit Bureaus
Dates and times are being finalized, but there will be at least one weeknight and one weekend course available to choose from. The course runs for 13-weeks straight, 2-hours per class. Also, there is a big discount off the cost of the course material ($96.00 vs. $139.00) by taking one of the two courses I will be coordinating at the Rock Church. Sign-ups will be available at the Rock Church beginning in January, but you can sign up earlier to ensure a spot in one of the first two courses by contacting me directly at gabe@moneytalkwithgabe.com, and getting your deposit paid. I can’t stress enough how valuable this course is regardless of your current financial condition. Everyone who takes it will benefit greatly. Let me know if you have questions.

This IS really exciting news!!!! I had just been thinking how great it would be to see FPU come to the Rock Church. I listen to Dave Ramsey on the way home from work and have learned so much already. Thanks for getting this started.
